- 9' x 12' and smaller: 14-18 weeks
- Larger than 9' x 12’: 18 - 22 weeks

Yes — for all non-custom online orders, you have a 14-day return window from the day you receive your rug.
Please note: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
